THE PARTY'S GRIEVANCE
(REUTERS TELEGRAM.)
(Received 27th October, 9 a.m.)
LONDON, 26th October. It is noteworthy that only 66 out of 111 members of the National Party attended a meeting this evening. It is believed that the party voted against the Locarno Agreement, chiefly because it is dissatisfied with the vague promises of the Allies regarding the amelioration of the regime in the Rhineland and the evacuation of the Colbgi.o zone. On this point the party complains ,that not a single written guarantee has been given.
