It is possible that, the Whole Cabinet will resign; but strenUoUs Efforts urb being nliida to avoid a complete coihip.se. It is suggested that either the Vacancies may be iilled by officials or the Cabinet may be reconstructed by shifting the basis further to the Left, and relying on the friendly support .of the Socialists. Socialists may even be included for the sole, purpose of carrying out the Locarno policy. It is believed that ohe of these combinations will be arranged. Thealternative Would be- a dissolution.
