GRANTED IN DIVORCE. SUIT.
After a hearing extending'ovcr tbretj days the divorce action brought by \ViW ham George Chandler against Nellie Ivy Chandler, James Leach being cited as corespondent and a claim for £300 damages being made against him, was concluded at the Supremo Court yesterday. The jury found in favour of petitioner, and a decree nisi was granted and judgment entered for petitioner against co-respond-ent.;
At the hiring Mr. P. Jackson repr<* sented the petitioner, Mr. A. -B. Sievwright appeared for respondent, and MrW. E. Leicester represented co-respond-ent. ■ " ■ r
