VISAS REFUSED
A SOVIET GRIEVANCE
HAMPERING RUSSIAN TRADE
ALLEGED INTERNATIONAL ACTION. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPMIGHT.) (REOTER'S TELEGRAM.) (Received 26th May, 10 a.m.) MOSCOW, 25th May. The "Investa" states that several Powers in normal relation with Russia have recently refused visas to representatives of the Soviet economic organisations, thus injuring the development of economic intercourse. Many responsible representatives of Soviet firms have been obliged to cease work and leave England, owing to the refusal to prolong their visas. France and Sweden are apparently adopting the same policy.
