The Acting-Financo Minister, Mr. J. A. Robb, intends to bring down legislation on Monday authorising the raising of a loan of 164,000,000 dollars for the purpose of "paying for, redeeming, or otherwise retiring the whole or any portion of the loans and other obligations of Canada, and for public works and general purposes."
