THE NEW SOUTH WALES OFFER
LONDON, 23rd May. The "Daily Telegraph" says that'fol-. lowing upon the failure of the New Zealand and London County Council loans, New South Wales was wise in offering more favourable terms. Investors still apparently want 5 per cent, for trustee securities.
The "Financial Times" says the terms of the New South Wales loan have created a good impression.
