NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. At the Supreme Court, David George Stella., aged 20, on a charge of common assault \ipon a married woman, near Kaponga, was sentenced to detention in a Borstal institute for a period not exceeding two years. Stanley George Harwood, for indecent acts with a little girl at Eltiam, was sentenced to reformative detention for a period not exceeding two years.
