Reginald •William- O'Brien appeared for sentence on two 'charges „' of the theft of- two cushions and an umbrella . The Magistrate remarked,-that the accused had been in a position of trust Ihe Probation Officer did not recomi mend probation. O'Brien would be<sentenccd to one month's imprisonment'on eacli charge, the terms to be concurrent.
