COMPLIMENTS.
An Irishman recently landed in New York found himself lunching at the same table with a loquacious American. Judge. In course of conversation the Judge disclosed his identity, adding: "You would be. a long time in the Old Country beforo you would have the honour of lunching with a Judge." "Bedad, I'm thinking you would be a long time in the Old Country before they made you a Judge,' was Pat's reply.
