CONSTANTINOPLE, Bth April. i.wo American merchants were murdered on the Tirana-Scutari road. The perpetrators are unknown.
A telegram from Tirana says the Albanian Government deeply regrets the crime, the first of this kind committed in Albania, arid is convinced that it has a political aim. and' is intended to discredit Albania. The /Government has taken strong measures to secure the arrest and punishment of the murderers.
