It is estimated that 62 per cent, of the voters polled. The Fascists so far have a c 4 per cent, majority, whereas only 25 per cent, is required by the electoral law to secure the return of the Government, list oi candidates. Even in former Socialist strongholds like .Milan more than 50 per cent voted for the Government. Rome gave the Fascists a majority
