SYDNEY'S RECEPTION TO-DAY
POOR WEATHER OUTLOOK.

SYDNEY, Bth April. The weather outlook for Fleet DaA tomorrow is black, as heavy Tain is falling over the State generally. The city is in a sloppy condition, and drenching showers alternate with short spells of fair weather. The copious display of bunting already decorating -many buildings is bedraggled. Business people are making a generous response to the administrative committee's appeal to illuminate their premises. Sydney is overflowing with country visitors, who are still pouring in, despite the unpromising weather outlook. Every preparation is forward for massing the people on the harbour and foreshores for the squadron's arrival at 10 o'clock in the' morning. (Received 9th April, 10 a.m.) ,; SYDNEY, This Day.
