BRITAIN'S GOODWILL
MESSAGES FROM KING AND PREMIER.
(nEBTER'S TiLEdUM.) (Received 17th March, 9 a.m.) CAIRO, 15th March, Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald in a message to Zaghlul Pasha, Premier of Egypt, sent- his congratalations to the Egyptian natioD oa the attainment of a representative Parliament, trusting that it would on joy an era of happiness and peace. Egypt and Britain were destined to be associated in close and friendly relationship. It was Britain's desire to see this relationship established on a lasting basis. The British Government was now and at all times ready to negotiata with the Egyptian Government. Tho message was splendidly received by members of Parliament. Apparently the bitterness in Egypt of the past three years is rapidly disappearing. King George telegraphed his congratulations.
