The "Daily Mail" says that the reported decision not to arrest General Tobin and Colonel Dalton forms a climax of the mutiny comedy, but no officer who has resigned .will "bo reinstated. Although the trouble is now averted, it is only postponed. The authorities claim encomiums for demobilising 36,CC0 men out of SS.GCO without liriui? a single shot. The,rapidity of the 'demobilisation has absorbed Ireland's entire stock of ready-made civilian suits. Many men have been retained in the army pending further supplies.
