LONDON, 12th December. The "Daily Telegraph's" diplomatic correspondent says that President Coolidge's reparations inquiry decision is welcomed here. It is doubtful whether without such co-operation the inquiry would have been held. The inquiry could hardly have come at a more opportune time, since it will, facilitate the postponement of cognate controversial issues until the British Ministerial crisis is settled.
