MINIMUM WAGS PROPOSALS
LONDON, 11th December. Mr. V. Hartshoxii, Labour member of the House of Commons, speaking at Southwark, said that as a result of the election the position of the miners was less hopeless. If the Government of the country is to be carried on, the minimum wage legislation proposed by the Labour Party must be put into effect.
