WELLINGTON COLLEGE CONCERT
The concert to be given on Monday next by the boys and old boys of "Wei lingtpn College is under the distinguished patronage of His Excellency the Govern-or-General, who will lay the foundation stone, on Old Boys' Day, Friday, 30th November, of the new pavilion for the erection of which funds are urgently required. The committee of the Old Boys Association invites all parents of College boys, all friends of the school, and all lovers of sport to be present at the concert. An excellent and diversified programme has been arranged and besides items by students of the College, Miss Mary Cooley, Miss Zelma Carroll, Mm A. E. Burge, and Messrs T. Jenkins, W. Marshall, F. Williams H. D. Poole and F. Wood will contribute songs and recitations. The new pavilion when erected will be a boon riot only to the present boys of the school but to alt those members of other clubs who play on the grounds of Wellington College during the cricket and football seasons. The appeal which the committee mate is therefore one that concerns the whole city of Wellinzton. *
