Richardson, Administrator of Samoa, will arrive in Auckland by the Tofua about Ith Dec?m, and wUI disc"S3 with members ot the Government at Auckland important matters of policy connected with' Samoan. affairs. The Minister of External Affairs (the Hon. Sir-Francis Bell) will take part in the conference, and, possibly, the Hon. Sir Maui Pomare (Minister in Charge of the Cook Islands). .
