AT FAULT HIMSELF
VERDICT IN ELECTRIC SHOOK FATALITY.
(BI TELEGRAPH—PKESS ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH, Ist November. The inquest concerning the death of Frederick George Manhire, a City Council emplc-yeej who died in the Christchurch Hospital as the result of suffering an electric shock while employed in cleaning a switchboard last Sunday, was resumed to-day. Mr. Wyvern Wilson, Coroner, returned a verdict tha£ Manhire .died from shock as the result of having received an electric shock. The Coroner, added that nobody seemed to be at fault in the matter except Manhire himself, who was in a place where apparently he had no business to be.
