BOMB OUTRAGE IN DUSSELDORF

DUSSELDORF, sth August. During the changing of a guard in Dusseldorf, a bomb was thrown, and ■wounded three soldiers and six German civilians. A German student named Raabe, the author of the outrage, was arrested. Several other arrests have been made, including the Chief of Police.
