BASEBALL
The Wellington Baseball Association's Management Committee met last evening, Mr. B. Wakelin presiding. Others present were Messrs. J. Alexander, L. Cohen, H. M. M'Girr (hon. treasurer), and F. K. Alexander (hon. secretary). The request for an exhibition game was discussed, and it was decided to meet the wishes of supporters. An endeavour, will be made to stage games at Lower Hutt and in the city before the end of the month. It was decided that on account of the Rugby inter-Island match' no baseball games would be played tomorrow.
