DUNEDIN, This Day. The diamond jubilee celebrations of the Otago Boys' High School commence this afternoon, when Sir Francis Bel! will unveil the memorial arch. The celebration continues till Tuesday. The main features are a procession of old boys of all periods on Sunday, and a dinner on Saturday.
