BOXING
FAIEHALL v. SMITH.
Followers of boxing are looking forward with considerable interest to ths meeting between Fairhall and Smith," which is to take place on Monday next. The demand £or seats has exceeded all expectations, and a full house appears to be assured. In view of the large number who have been unable in recent contests to secure seats in the back stalls, a reminder is given that tickets for early doors are available, and that holders will be given first preference of seats. A slight alteration in the preliminaries has been necessary, Napier replacing Elys in the lightweight contest against Nixon.
