NEW YOHK, Ist August. At Saranac (New York), ,J. H. Kirkwood and Walter Hagen won a thou-sand-dollar purse, defeating H. G. Hutchinson and Dunn in a 36-holc exhibition match, sup and 4to go. The winners were five up- over the first eighteen- boles, Hagen setting a new course record of 70.
