. , toJ^NDON. 2nd August. A second White Paper has been issued containing the recommendations, as approved by the Government, of the special sub-committee on the relations of the Navy and Air Force. The sub-commit-tee does not think that the present system can remain altogether unchanged, nor that it is possible completely to sever relations between the two Forces. It recommends that naval officers shall be appointed to the Air Staff and means devised whereby the wealth and teohnical knowledge at the Admiralty's disposal should be utilised by the Air Ministry. •
