NEW LEGISLATIVE COUNCILLORS. (Received 3rd August, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. -two niocs members of the Legislative Council have been appointed. The new members indue Mr. T. M. Shakespeare, secretary of the Country Press Association. Dr. Kater, president of the Graziers'- Association, and Mr. J. A. Murdoch, president of the Citizens' ReformAssociation.
