DELHI, 2nd August. Ihe Maharaja of Nabha has advised the Sikh leaders at Amritzar, disapproving of any action on their part regarding his restoration to the throne; a&o dissociating himself from any movement disloyal to the British Government, which, he declares, would only lead to misery. A Council of Administration has been formed to look after the infant heir to Nabha.
