SYDNEY, This Day.
The Messageries Maritimes Company has so reorganised its Australian and Pacific service that future vessels coming to Australia will not extend their voyages to Noumea, while the new service from France to New Caledonia will be carried on via the Panama CanalThese vessels will call at Papeete, Wellington, and Westport. The first vessel in the new service, the El " Kantara. sailed from Dunkirk on 22nd April, and a steamer will 'sail every six weeks from Dunkirk, replacing the former service to Australian ports.
