UNDER WATER AT BLENHEIM
DEPARTMENTAL PREMISES
FLOODED.
The chief postmaster at Blenheim, in a message to the Secretary of the General Post Office, sent late yesterday afternoon, stated: " Water is now flowing through the. Government Buildings, and. there is over two feet of water in the Departmental quarters. It is raining heavily, and the water is gtill rising."
