A BUSINESS MAN'S SUICIDE,
The circumstances of the recent tragic death of a well-known .business man named Charles Silas Sydney Kelly, 42 years of age, who, on Wednesday, was found at Day's Bay with his."throat cut, and with a blood stained razor lying beside him, were investigated by the Coioner, Mr. W. G. Biddell, S.M., at the. Magistrate's Court to-day. Senior-Sergeant Lander appeared for the police. Dr. Phyllis Mather said that she had attended 4"the deceased shortly after the ocCTurence, and evidence as to the «d----mission to the Hospital was given by Dr. James Bruce Baird. : '
The widow of-the deceased, Olive Myrtle Iris Kelly, said.that her.iat* husband -was a partner in the firm of Cooper, Kelly,, and 00. He had financial worries and had left witness a letter in which hi stated his intention of "finishing all." Witness had one dhild,' a boy, six years of age. . ... . . ' Constable Thompson described the condition of the body when it. mas found, shortly after the occurrence. ' .
