The circumstances of the recent tragic death of a well-known .business man named Charles Silas Sydney Kelly, 42 years of age, who, on Wednesday, was found at Day's Bay with his."throat cut, and with a blood stained razor lying beside him, were investigated by the Coioner, Mr. W.
