The "Daily Express" correspondent in Paris says that, when a coffin was being lowered into the grave in a cemetery •at Villaneuve-sur-Lot, an, undertaker's man heard a muffled scream, followed by a stifled, agonised cry, within the coffin, which on being opened was found to contain a woman alive. She was rushed home, where a doctor revived her.
