Cabinet has instructed the Railway Commissioners to reduce fodder freights 25 per cent, to help settlers in the dry area.?; The Cqmmisipriers had already effected- a reduction of 25 pgy cent, on their own authority. The. total reduction will be, therefore, 50 per cent.
