WATEESIDERS' BAND INSTRUMENTS. Tlie interpleader summons regarding the disposal of certain goods and chattels of the Wellington Waterside Workers' Union came on for healing before Mr. Justice Hosking in Chambers at the Supreme Court this afternoon. The New Zealand Waterside Workers' Federation, to whom the goods had been made over by the bill of sale executed by the local union, withdrew all claim to the goods, and his Honour made" a formal order barring them from access to the goods in question. Mr. D. R. Hoggard appeared on behalf of the federation, and Messrs. W. Perry and G. G. G. Watson for the plaintiffs in the original action against the union.
