Phipson (Assoc. Memb. Inst. Brewing, Lond.), son of Mr. and Mrs. Percy B. Phipson, Turnbull street, and under-brewer to Messrs. J. Staples and Co., Ltd., has been elected a member of tKe Biochemical Society, London.
