COERCIVE MEASURES
PURGING THE 1 PUBLIC SERVICE.

PARIS, 29th January.
In view of Germany's open sabotage and threat of a general strike in the public services, the French contemplate coercive measures against German officials, who will be replaced by French.
Some of the napers state that the isolation of the Ruhr operated to-day; others say that the Allies will first purify the administrative services, expelling recalcitrant Germans.
