LONDON, 28th, July. The Irish Government Publicity Department hks ifieued a statement tiat the National Army's rapid progress in the West and. in Munster raises the hope that the resistance of the Irregulars will be so broken within a fortnight that a further postponement of^ the meeting! of Parliament will be unnecessary. Five members of the Ministry amd sixteen other members of the Hail Eireann ara actively engaged in the suppression of disorder.
