AMBUSH IN DONEGAL

LONDON, 28th July. Irish rebels ambushed a party of Free Staters at Glenties, Donegal, at midnight. He Free Staters wore led 'into the trap by a rebel leader 'dressed as a, priest. Two of the Free Staters were killed, four rebels were captured, andi one was. wounded.

Oscar Traynor, who was a leader in the 1916 rebellion, and was prominent during the Four Courts operat/kma, has been captured in Dublin.

Mr. Sylvester Kerr, a large landowner and at one time High Sheriff of King's County, was found shot dead m front of his residence at Edenderry.
