AN ADVERSE OPINION.

An opinion adverse to agricultural banks was expressed by Mi-. J. R. Hamilton (Awarua) in the House of Representatives yesterday. Mr. Hamilton said that some people wished to borrow more money than there was security for. The -man who was willing to get on would have no difficulty in getting on the land with the existing commercial and financial institutions. He did not thick there was need for agricultural banks.
