(Received July 4, 12.16 p.m.) BERLIN, 3rd July. ' '•The Leipzig Supreme Court acquitted Dr. Michelson, of Berlin, who was accused of ill-treating French prisoners in German hospitals during the1 war. The prosecutor demanded a sentence of a year's imprisonment. This; is the fhfet of a fresh series of war crinra trials, instituted at the instance of the French and Belgian Governments.
