Supreme Court; at Dunedin. ihad. granted an interim,'injunction' against .Nelson pro- . habiting: him, appearing with. any ■ other theatrical, manager except'. Southwood during ;the New i Zealand tour of the Quality Performers, with whom Nelson had a contract to play in New Zealand. Last week Southwood sought to have the interim injunction made perpetual as long as the company played in the Dominion. Nelson opposed the motion on the ground that.the contract had been broken by Southwood failing to star Nelson in advertisements and in respects. _ His Honour said the effect of his decision would be to discharge the . interim injunction.
