ISLAND BAY DUPLICATION
THE WORK COMPLETED.
The principal part of the work in connection with the duplication of the Island Bay tram track has been completed. The •line has now been duplicated between Luxford-street and Dee-street, and the section between. Duppa and Dee streets was opened for traffic yesterday.
