The wool sales show, a strong tone, with no sign of weakness anywhere. There is good Frenoh, German, and Yorkshire competition for and crossbrods. Prices: Phoenix, 45id and 40d; Bunda, 21d and 20d; Yooroobla, 22£ d and 21j,d; Now Zealand—Rotoiti, 18Ad.
The Bradford market is firm, and business done is small. Buyers are disinclined to pay sellers' prices.
