OLD BOYS v. V.M.C.A.
The Hutt ground is seldom, the scene of high scoring, even wßen big totals are being made in the city, and Old Boys did not do much there on Saturday against V.M.C.A. Fulton and Henderson did the bowling between them, Fulton five wickets for 75, Henderson four for 34. Ronaldson and Lambert for the second wicket looked like better things with 21 and 36f apiece, but after that only M'lntosh and Caulton got into double figures at all. Y.M. replied with 124 for two wickets, Westbrook and R. Murphy totalling nearly a hundred for the first wicket. Murphy is still batting, with 60 to his credit. Westbrook made 41.
