The Bishop of Melanesia, who is spending three or four months in New Zealand, and will attend the General Synod to be held in Auckland in April, hns been in the South Island during the past month, speaking on the work of the. Melanesian Mission, both in Dunedin and Christchurch, says the Church Chronicle. He will b» in Wellington from 16th to, 19th March, inclusive.
