EXPENSE OF ADMINISTRATION^ The desirability of further concentration in the matter of administration of war relief funds, referred to in a report published in another column, was briefly discussed at to-day's meeting of the Advisory Board of the New Zealand Patriotic War Relief Societies' Federation. Mr. W. W Snodgrass (NeLson) moved, and Mr. Farrant (Southland) seconded, "That it is desirable that the expense of administration of patriotic funds should be on the lowest possible scale, and where it can be shown that a reduction in administrative bodies will prove beneficial to the funds, the Advisory Board is of opinion that the Minister should exercise his statutory powers to obtain an amalgamation of funds, or secure their diversion to the War Funds Council." ' , . The motion was carried.
