NATIONAL MUTUAL CHALLENGE

The Management Committee of .the- Wellington Rugby Union held a special meeting after the match on Saturday to consider the challenges received for the. National Mutual Challenge Cup. Four teams—Petone, Oriental, 'Varsity, and Marist—entered for the competition, the conditions of which are that the championship winners are to meet the challengers, and, in the event of more than one challenge, the Management Committee shall decide which challenge shall b» accepted.
