SPREAD OF ASIATIC CHOLERA
' _ LONDON, ,9th August. The Daily Telegraph's correspondent at Vilna reports that, despite the strictest measures against the introduction of infection' from Russia, Asiatic cholera is travelling westward. Eight cases have already been confirmed in one Polish frontier district. At- the end of July there were 130,00t' cholera victims in Russia.
