DANNEVIRKE, 10th August. The Datmevirke Sub-Union representatives defeated Wairarapa B representatives by_l9 points to 14. The first spell ended with the score: Dannevirke, 8; Wairarapa, 5. For the winners Kirwin scored three tries and kicked a penalty goal. Sumpter also scored a try. J. Gibson and.V. Fergus each converted tries. For the losers tries were scored by Cundy, Willoughby, 'Henderson, and Mason, Cundy converting one.
