M'GONNELL v. M'GONNELL.
The first.case taker! was that of Frank Record M'Gonnell, for whom W. Jackeon appeared, against Frances Mary M'Gonnell, on t the ground of adultery. | This was an action 'adjourned by Mr. • Justice Edwards from a previous sitting; i to enable ; further evidence to be called. •Mr. Jackson stated this afternoon, however; that no further evidence was available, and he asked that the evidence be heard anew. This was done; ■ petitioner stating that his wife had admitted having '/carried on" while he was away at the war. Evidence was also given by a waitress that Mrs. M'Gonnell and a man. not petitioner, stayed at on hotel ias Mr. and Mrs. 'Ryan, but there was no direct evidence of adultery. The case was stood down to enable respondent's mother to give evidence as to the parties having lived apart since petitioner's return from the war. GRANT v. GRANT. May Giant applied for a. divorce from William" Grant, from whom she was separated, on her complaint, on 11th' November, 1912. Mr. Barnett, who ap- | peared for petitioner, called evidence to show that the parties had not lived together since 1912. A decree nisi-was; j granted. r
