KELBURN TRAM DISPUTE
APPLICATION FOR NEW AWARD 1.
The'hearing of the application by the Kelburn Tramway Employees' Union for an industrial award was commenced before the Conciliation Council this morning, the Commissioner (Mr. W. Newton) presiding. The assessors are: For the union, Messrs. A. L. Moriteith, C. Hobbs, and H. Rogers; for the company, Messrs. L. H. B. Wilson, J. Darling, and W. A. W. Grenfell. The demands of the union have been already published. The hearing was still proceeding when The Post went to press.
